FOR ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS
You will want to click this link here. Once you're there, find the subscription you want to cancel. If you see multiple instances of the same subscription that you want to cancel, you will want to cancel the version that has a status of "Active". You will know that the subscription has an "Active" status if you see a green "Yes" under the "Active" column.
When you find the subscription you want to cancel, place your mouse in the chart and scroll all the way to the right. You'll see two options: "Update" and "Cancel." Select the "Cancel" option and simply follow the prompts.
If it's a recurring subscription (i.e. billed every month), you will still be able to use your subscription for however many days you have left. Once your remaining days expire, you will lose access to your subscription when the next payment period starts. If it is a subscription with limited spots, you will also lose your spot giving the potential for someone else to take it. It can be a while before more spots open up.
If you want to see how many days you have left on your subscription(s), go to this page and look for whatever active subscription(s) you have; it will say when each of those subscriptions expire under the "Expire" column of the table they're listed in.
(If you are a business, these directions won't apply to you. I will be in touch with you within the next day or two and provide you with assistance so be on the lookout for that email. You can now close out of this window)
What does it mean?
Your transaction failing means your payment did not go through. And because your payment failed to go through, you will not have access to the product you were trying to purchase. Your card will not be charged if you received a "Failed Transaction" prompt.
Why would my payment fail to go through?
It may have happened for one of the following reasons:
-Using an expired or canceled debit/credit card
-A lack of funds on the credit/debit card you used at checkout
-Using a credit/debit card that isn't accepted (MIXMYDRUMS.com accepts: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover)
-Incorrectly entering the card details for the debit/credit card you used at checkout and/or
-A hold was placed on your account/card due to the bank's fraud prevention
What do I do? I still want the product/service...
1. First, look into why you think your payment failed to go through via the reasons listed above. Look at the card you used. Check to see if you have enough funds associated with that form of payment. Make sure it's a card that is accepted on this website and that it's not expired. Call your bank and make sure there's nothing suspicious going on with your account. Maybe you entered your information wrong. Investigate...
2. Once you figure out what's going on, you'll want to go to this page and find the product you tried purchasing. Go to the purchase form and try repurchasing the product with a different form of payment or an updated form of payment. If all goes well, the payment will process and you will receive the product.
3. If you're still having issues, please reach out via the "Contact" page below.
You no longer have access to the content of that subscription because you failed to pay for it. Failure of payment could be a result of issues with your card and/or bank. I suggest clicking the help tab on this page that is titled, "My transaction failed—what does that mean & what do I do?". This will help you investigate what happened and solutions on how to solve the issue(s).
You will lose access to your subscription if you fail to update your payment information. If the subscription has limited spots, someone can come in and take your spot if you fail to update your payment information. It's important you read this section very carefully to prevent that from happening.
Hopefully you have a new debit/credit card or a different debit/credit card that you can use. If you don't, then there's nothing you can do. If you do, please keep reading.
First, pick a credit/debit card that is actually going to work. Make sure the credit/debit card:
-has sufficient funds on it
-is not expiring
-is a credit/debit card that is accepted on MIXMYDRUMS.com (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover)
Once you pick a card, you will want to click this link here. Look for the subscription you want to update your debit/credit card information for. If you see multiple instances of the same subscription that you want to update your payment information for, you will want to update the version that has a status of "Active". You will know that the subscription has an "Active" status if you see a green "Yes" under the "Active" column.
Once you've found the subscription you want to update your debit/credit card information for, place your mouse in the chart and scroll all the way to the right.
You'll see two options: "Update" and "Cancel." Select the "Update" option and simply follow the instructions.
If it's a recurring subscription (i.e. billed every month), you will still be able to use your subscription for however many days you have left. If you fail to update your debit/credit card information before you are billed for the next payment period, you will lose access to your subscription when the next payment period starts. If it is a subscription with limited spots, you will lose your spot giving the potential for someone else to take it. It can be a while before more spots open up.
So if you plan on using a subscription for an extended period of time, make sure you stay up to date on your card information. A reminder to do so will be emailed to you 14 days, 7 days and 3 days before your card expires so that you have three chances to update your payment information.

It’s simple. Just go to this page and enter your updated address information. Click the "Save" button there when you're done.
Just go to this page and scroll all the way to the right side of the table to download each invoice.
*Keep in mind that all of your invoices may not be listed there. For security reasons your invoices are cleared out after a certain period of time. This is why with each payment receipt that got emailed to you, you were instructed to download your invoices at that time.
No. You are not still paying for the subscription. In this scenario, you have successfully cancelled your subscription. However, at the time you cancelled, you cancelled in the middle of your subscription term.
If you cancel in the middle of your subscription term, you don't lose access to the subscription immediately after you cancel. You will still have access to the subscription until the next billing period begins. The "Expires" column on that page will tell you when that date is.
When that date occurs, you will no longer have access to the subscription and your card will no longer be charged.
MIXMYDRUMS.com accepts debit/credit cards from: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover
Unfortunately only U.S. based customers can access and make purchases on MIMXYDRUMS.com at this time.
If you see this error message in your Subscriptions Account, you either have a debit/credit card that's expired or you have a lack of funds associated with that debit/credit card.
To fix this, refer to the "My transaction failed—what does that mean & what do I do?" help tab on this page.
